Your first rewards: daily chips and ongoing extras
DoubleU Casino does not make you pay to access its games. The platform is free to play, with no payments or subscriptions required for the core experience. For a new player, the most useful starting reward is the Daily Bonus, also known as DUC Freebies.
The Daily Bonus gives free chips to all players each day. These chips are used in the slot games and social features, so you can begin playing without arranging a paid package first. It is a straightforward routine: sign in, collect the daily reward and use the chips on the games or activities you enjoy.
There are other ways to add to your chip balance as you play. Regular chip giveaways, community posts, missions and the social gift system all sit alongside the Daily Bonus. Chip Coupons add +20% chips and can be found in-game and through the Prestige Lounge.
| Reward | What you receive | How it works | Cost or requirement |
|---|---|---|---|
| Daily Bonus (DUC Freebies) | Free chips | Available every day for all players | No payments or subscription required |
| Chip Coupons | +20% chips | Use coupons found in-game or through the Prestige Lounge | Access them through the game or Prestige Lounge |
| Friend invitation | 50,000 chips | Awarded for each friend invited to the game | Invite a friend |
| Facebook gift exchange | A social gift | Send one gift per day per Facebook friend | Use the Facebook friend system |
Chips are for social play
The platform is a social casino. Chips are used for entertainment, games and events, and there are no real-money payouts. A Withdrawal is therefore not part of the chip-play experience.
How to collect the starting rewards step by step
Getting started is simple. You can register with Facebook, Google, Apple, or an email address and password. If you choose email registration, your password must contain at least 6 characters, and you will also confirm the password and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Open the official website in your browser, use the iOS app from the Apple App Store, choose the Android app from Google Play, use the Amazon Appstore version, or play through Facebook.
Pick Facebook, Google, Apple or email/password login. With email, enter your email address, create a password of at least 6 characters, confirm it and accept the required terms.
Once you are in the game, collect the Daily Bonus, also called DUC Freebies. This is the regular free-chip reward available to all players.
Look in the game and the Prestige Lounge for Chip Coupons, which provide a +20% chip boost. Community and social posts can also contain collectible chip bonuses.
Spend the chips on the slot library, mini-games, missions and collection features. You can also exchange gifts with Facebook friends or invite friends for 50,000 chips per invited friend.
That gives you several ways to keep playing without treating the first reward as a one-off event. The daily chips are the regular foundation, while coupons, missions, social posts and friend rewards add variety. The mix of daily chips and social Bonuses is aimed at casual entertainment rather than cash play.
Start with the daily chip reward
Choose your preferred platform, create one account and collect the free chips available through the Daily Bonus.
Extra chip rewards from friends, missions and events
The reward system is more than a single daily collection. DoubleU Casino adds regular chip giveaways and bonus event links through social and community posts. These links can contain collectible chip bonuses, giving active players another reason to check the game's social features.
Facebook users can send one gift per day to each Facebook friend. You can also share bonus posts on friends' walls. If you invite a friend to the game, the reward is 50,000 chips for each invited friend.
Missions offer special rewards, while Wonder Cards provide a collectible element alongside the slots. The platform also runs limited-time offers and events, so the reward mix can change as you play. For the clearest terms on any particular event, use the information shown inside the game before taking part.
VIP rewards: bigger chip extras and exclusive play
VIP Gold Level adds a separate set of rewards for players who reach that level. It unlocks the VIP Room, where you can access exclusive slots and Wild Cards that are available only in that room. VIP play also includes access to VIP Tourneys.
The chip and event benefits are clear. VIP members receive 50% more chips from Magic Hats and 50% more Capsule Coins. They also get doubled Jackpots, Special Wonder Cards and access to Magic Wand Fest with 20% fewer spins required.
There is also a DUC VIP Bonus, which provides extra free Chips in addition to the Daily Bonus. VIP members receive dedicated customer support, and the dedicated Facebook VIP Group has more than 40,000 members.
Premium Booster: the paid route to added perks
Premium Booster membership activates automatically when you purchase any chip package of $39 USD or more. It includes a Lucky Wheel Booster with a shorter cool-down, a Daily Premium Bonus, a Weekly Premium Bonus and VIP Room Access.
The Premium Booster period varies by package price and can be extended by purchasing additional packages. The regular platform remains free to play, so this is an optional paid feature rather than a requirement for accessing the core games.

|---|---|---|
| VIP Room | Access included | Access included |
